BIO
Under Dan’s leadership, Greengate has developed over 1 GW or $2 billion of operating and in construction renewable energy projects. Prior to Greengate, Dan was the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Roughneck.ca Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for the oil and gas industry.
Earlier in his career, Dan worked as a management consultant with top tier firms including EY and PwC. Dan was a Senior Manager with PwC and a key member of the firm’s e-business consulting practice.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Dan is also a member of the board of the Pembina Institute, formerly the Chair of the Calgary JCC, and formerly a member of the board of the Independent Power Producers Society of Alberta. Dan was selected as one of Avenue magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2009, named one of Alberta’s 50 Most Influential People 2010 and 2013 by Alberta Venture magazine, a winner of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012 Prairies, and named one of Canada’s Clean50 for 2015.

Jordan is President of Greengate and has been with the company for nearly 14 years. Jordan has led the successful development of operating and in construction renewable energy projects in excess of $1.6 billion. Jordan’s vast experience and breadth of knowledge of the renewable energy space in Alberta are a tremendous asset to the Greengate Power team as they continue to develop their high quality portfolio of projects. Jordan is also on the Board of a number of charities and graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce, where he played varsity basketball for four years and was an Academic All-Canadian.

A new addition to Greengate, Tammi is a seasoned executive with 20 years of progressive experience leading finance, corporate development, investor relations and strategy functions within a large-scale public company, and more recently for a small start-up operating in Western Canada. She brings her broad business experience with demonstrated objectivity and business acumen to Greengate’s team. In her past roles she has been an effective driver of strategy and corporate development processes; ensuring business goals and results are understood, supported and achieved. She has proven success in leading all aspects of complex acquisitions, dispositions and organic growth, from economics and due diligence to agreement negotiation and drafting, with a track record of closing over 35 transactions totalling over $1.5 billion. Tammi is a CPA and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Mary’s University.
BIO
Lorne is a Professional Engineer (non-practicing) and a partner at the Osler Law firm based in Calgary. His focus is primarily on project development and finance in the renewables, oil and gas, pipeline, petro-chemical, electrical power, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. Lorne has experience with loans in both the bank and capital markets and has been involved in a number of the larger project development and project finance transactions in Canada. Lorne has also had significant experience with international project development and project finance transactions and also practises in the lending and structured finance areas. Many of the projects Lorne has worked on include multi-parties and Lorne is familiar with multi-party ownership, joint ventures, combined financings and governance and intercreditor issues.
