Midnight Solar is a proposed 465MW Solar PV and Storage Project located approximately 10km northwest of Medicine Hat. Midnight Solar will be Greengate’s first project with a battery storage component, and will be capable of providing power to the grid at peak hours, even during periods of no sunlight.

The project is located in an area of strong solar resources and will generate clean energy over a 35+ year lifetime.
